一、项目背景:  灰砂砖是以硅质材料尾砂和钙质材料石灰为主要原料，经混和、压制、蒸压工艺制成的标砖，具有外观质量好、强度高等性能，可广泛应用于建筑物基层，底层及内、外墙体，是理想的实心粘土砖的替代产品。彩瓦是以水泥、石英尾砂为主要原料，经搅拌、挤压成型、上色、上光、养护等工序制成的彩色屋面材料，主要用于工业和民用建筑物的坡屋顶屋盖。根据国家墙体材料改革的发展方向，烧结粘土砖因其生产浪费土地资源和大量燃料，严重危害生态环境，因而其应用越来越受限制，蒸压灰砂砖能够弥补这一缺点。我国灰砂砖工业发展很快，而且生产技术、装备水平有了很大提高。彩色水泥瓦是国际上最为流行的建筑材料之一，在我国虽起步较晚，但目前属国家推广的新型建筑材料，它以强度高、寿命长、色彩丰富、装饰效果好、施工简便灵活、防火、防水、抗风力强等优点。随着人民对居住条件的要求向舒适化、美观化方向发展，彩色水泥瓦市场需求将越来越大。 

二、建设规模与内容:  新建规模为年产12000万块灰砂砖和年产500万片彩瓦生产线。 

三、投资估算及效益分析:  项目总投资约3420万元，销售收入为3700万元，年利税980万元，投资利税率28.7%。

The Product Line of Autoclaved Lime Sand Bricks and Color Tiles (Using Tailings) 

Ⅰ. Background: The main raw materials of lime sand bricks are tailings of silicon materials and calcium lime. They are standard bricks made through mixing, pressing and autoclaving. Their features include beautiful appearance, good quality and high solidness. An ideal substitute for clay bricks, they can be widely used in the base, the interior and exterior walls of constructions. The main raw materials of Color tiles are cement and quartz tailings. As a kind of colorful roofing material made through mixing, molding, colorizing, polishing and maintaining, color tiles are widely used in the roofs of industrial and civil constructions. According to the development trend of national wall materials reform, the restriction on the use of clay bricks gets stricter and stricter, because its production would waste a lot of land resources and fuel and seriously harm the ecological environment. Autoclaved lime sand bricks will make up the disadvantages. China’s lime sand brick industry has developed fast and the technologies and equipment have been greatly improved. Color tiles are one of the most popular construction materials in the world. Though the domestic industry started late, it is a type of new construction material promoted nationwide. It has a lot of advantages such as high solidness, long usage, a variety of colors, beautiful appearance, easiness in use, fireproofing, water resistance, wind resistance, etc. As people require housing to develop in the direction of comfort and beauty, the demand for color tiles is sure to increase. 

Ⅱ. Construction Dimensions and Details: A product line with the annual output of 120 million lime sand bricks and 5 million color tiles will be built. 

Ⅲ. Investment Budget and Returns Analysis: The total investment budget is 34.2 million yuan. After completion, the project will produce an annual sale of 37 million yuan and a pretax profit of 9.8 million yuan, with an investment pretax profit ratio of 28.7%.
